Request a return in a Form

Choose a delivered purchase, review its return terms and send your request to the business.

Updated 22 October 2026

A business can send you a return Form in WhatsApp. It lists purchases delivered to you that are currently available for a return request.

How do I send a request?

  1. Open the Form from your conversation with the business.
  2. Choose the delivered item, the quantity you want to return and your reason. Use Purchase page to look through more purchases.
  3. Select Review return. Check the item, required condition, deadline, return fee and estimated refund if approved.
  4. Read any other option the business offers, such as a repair or replacement. To choose that option, message the business. Continuing in this Form requests a return instead.
  5. Select the confirmation box, then Request return.

Each request covers one item and its chosen quantity. You can request another item separately.

Does submitting the Form approve my return?

No. The business receives a return request. Submission does not approve it, move money or confirm a refund. Wait for the business to tell you the outcome and how to send back the item.

The estimated refund includes the displayed return fee. It is based on what you paid for the selected quantity, including the discount saved with your purchase.

Why is my purchase missing?

The Form only lists delivered purchases connected to you that can still be requested under the business’s current return rules and the terms accepted with the purchase. An item may be missing because its return window has closed, its quantity is already covered by a return, or the business needs someone to review the request.

Check the other purchase pages. If you still cannot find the item, message the business with your order reference.

What if the details change or submission does not complete?

The business checks the purchase and terms again before creating the request. If a new review is needed, open a new return Form and review the details again.

If the conversation does not confirm that a request was received, ask the business to check it. Do not assume the return was approved or a refund was issued.
