Scope

This notice explains how Qcom handles personal information for its public site, accounts, workspaces, support, and enabled product features.

A Qcom customer may provide its own privacy notice for information it collects from its customers through Qcom. That customer notice applies to the customer's purposes and choices.

Information we handle

Depending on how you use Qcom, this can include account and workspace details, contact details, device and usage information, support requests, billing records, and the content and delivery metadata processed through enabled communication features.

When Qyra or another AI feature is enabled, relevant inputs can include prompts, conversations, documents, attachments, customer records, business records, and workspace context selected for the request. Read the AI and Automated Features Notice before using those features.

Why we use information

We use information to provide and secure Qcom, administer accounts and workspaces, deliver requested communications and workflows, support users, prevent misuse, keep operational records, and meet applicable obligations.

The cookie choices page records separate choices for analytics and marketing. Site-wide enforcement must be verified before this draft is approved for publication.

Qcom and customer roles

Qcom determines how it handles information for its own accounts, site, billing, security, and support operations. When a workspace customer uses Qcom to handle its own customer data, Qcom generally processes that data on the customer's instructions.

Workspace customers remain responsible for an appropriate privacy notice, permissions, and lawful instructions for the customer data they place in Qcom.

Sharing

Information may be made available to service providers used to operate requested features, to people authorised by the relevant workspace, during a properly managed business transaction, or where disclosure is legally required.

The canonical subprocessor register will identify approved suppliers only after the relevant supplier facts and publication approval are complete. It does not currently assert an unresolved provider list.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export relevant personal information, or object to certain uses, where the applicable law provides that right. A request about data controlled by a Qcom customer may need to be handled by that customer.

Cookie choices, marketing choices, optional feature choices, contract acceptance, and receipt of this privacy notice are separate decisions.

Retention

Retention differs by record type, purpose, customer instruction, and applicable obligation. Qcom does not publish a fixed message, AI-provider, or account-deletion period here until the applicable schedule and production behaviour have been approved and verified.
