Agreement
These terms govern use of Qcom. If you use Qcom for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. Do not use the service if you do not agree to these terms.
Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information, protect account credentials, and keep workspace access appropriate. Workspace administrators control their members and are responsible for the activity they authorise.
Responsible use
You must use Qcom lawfully and must not send unlawful or deceptive communications, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code, interfere with the service, impersonate others, or process information without the permissions required for your use.
You are responsible for recipient permissions, notices, opt-out handling, content, and channel rules for communications sent through your workspace.
Customer data
You retain your rights in content and customer data you provide. You instruct Qcom to process that data as needed to provide the features you enable, subject to these terms and any executed data-processing terms.
See the Privacy Policy. The DPA route does not represent an executed addendum while publication approval is pending.
AI features
AI-generated output can be incomplete or wrong. You must review output before publishing, sending, saving, or acting on it, and you must not use an automated suggestion as the sole basis for a consequential decision about a person.
Additional information appears in the AI and Automated Features Notice.
Service and changes
Features may change as Qcom develops. Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse, or protection of the service and its users.
A later version of these terms will carry its own document version and effective date. A code deployment does not by itself make a new legal version effective.
