Check a customer's cart, orders and history while keeping their conversation open.
Updated 22 October 2026
Open a conversation and choose Activity in the Details panel. It holds the customer's purchase summary, waiting cart, orders, open work, history and assignment history. Customer keeps their contact details, labels and conversation controls. Media holds shared files.
The newest three entries appear first in longer lists. Choose Show all to see the rest.
Choose an order, invoice or ticket to inspect its details over the Inbox. Other activity opens a summary. Closing it returns you to the conversation. Go to full details opens the relevant page only when you choose it.
An expired cart shows what the customer had selected; it isn't a placed order.
Order value and repeat customers
Orders shows confirmed and completed orders linked to the customer, including linked contact records that were merged. Values are shown separately for each currency. These are gross order amounts; they do not show payments received or subtract refunds.
The Recurring customer filter matches customers with at least two confirmed or completed orders. To sort conversations by Order value, choose an Order value currency when more than one currency is present. The sort uses that currency only. Customers whose order details are unavailable appear after customers with known values.
No confirmed orders yet means the order history was checked and no qualifying orders were found. An unavailable message means the history could not be checked, for example because of your permissions or workspace plan. It does not mean the customer has never ordered.
When Qyra isn't answering
The assignment menu offers Set up Qyra AI when Qyra is off for the connected Inbox. It opens that Inbox's Automation settings. Owners, admins and managers can change answering settings. Once Qyra is enabled, the menu offers Qyra AI. Email conversations don't offer Qyra assignment.
In Automation → What Qyra can use, Catalog and Knowledge show a green Active label and switch when enabled and ready. Amber means the selection needs attention, such as a Knowledge area that hasn't been published or has no sources. Red means its details couldn't be loaded. An off source stays neutral even when it has a saved selection. Choose Choose to review the linked selection.
For answering settings, see Set up Qyra on an Inbox.
When activity is missing or out of date
Check the linked contact, selected currency and your access before treating an empty or unavailable summary as zero. Open the owning order, invoice or ticket and refresh its saved details when deciding what to do next. A cart, gross order value and settled payment are different facts; none should stand in for another. If the owner record and summary disagree, ask the Qcom team to investigate. For the thread itself, continue with Work a conversation.
