Review a form design with Qyra

Review suggested questions, add missing choices, and revise the design before generating a draft.

Updated 22 October 2026

Describe the form's job and who will answer it. Qyra proposes a design for review; it does not publish it. A parent answering for a child needs a different design from an adult applying for themselves.

Review the questions

Choose Change beside the questions. Related questions are grouped, with a count of those included.

  • Keep Include on only for questions you want. Extra suggestions stay unticked. Sensitive suggestions explain why they may be useful and start unticked too.
  • Choose the answer type and mark Required only when that answer is needed. A name and a way to contact someone are not automatically required.
  • Review the reason for each question. When you add one, explain briefly why it helps the form's job.
  • Choose the displayed meaning, such as Other information, to distinguish the person submitting from someone else named in the form. Saving a name or email to a Contact only fills an empty detail; it does not overwrite established information.

Add missing choices

When Qyra asks for the business's classes, services or other missing choices, supply the actual choices during review. Each choice has its own box; Add a choice adds another answer. A comma inside an answer stays part of that answer.

Qyra uses choices from your instructions, Catalog or approved business Knowledge. It must not invent them. If the source is unavailable, keep the open decision visible until you can answer it.

Revise or remove

Use Revise with Qyra for requests such as removing the transport question or changing who answers. Review the revised design before generating.

A follow-up keeps the earlier question and matching answer it depends on. If you remove that question or change its choices, restore it or remove the follow-up before choosing Use these questions. Follow-ups must stay on the same screen as their earlier question and use one choice or a tick box.

Save and publish

Check what submission will do and where the form is supported. Generating creates a draft to review. Applying saves it through the Form owner; publishing has separate channel checks. Sensitive or conditional forms may not be supported in Web Chat. Use a supported secure form channel instead of collecting rejected sensitive answers in ordinary chat.

If Qyra cannot load the design guidance or finish the review, keep your listed questions and refresh the plan. A missing result is not an empty completed design.

  • Choose the right questions for a form
  • Design the screens of a WhatsApp Flow
  • Let customers finish a WhatsApp Flow later
  • Publish a WhatsApp Flow to Web Chat
