Withdraw your earnings

Where the money customers pay you goes, why some of it isn't ready yet, and how to get it to your bank.

Updated 22 October 2026

When a customer pays you through Qcom, the money collects in your earnings. It doesn't move to your bank on its own — you withdraw it when you want it.

Open Payments → Manage, and find Earnings & withdrawals.

Two numbers, and the difference matters

Available is what you can withdraw right now.

Not ready to withdraw yet is money that has arrived but hasn't cleared. Card and mobile money payments take a short time to settle after the customer pays — the payment succeeded, it's yours, and it isn't movable yet. It becomes available on its own; there's nothing to do but wait.

A payment that's still being reviewed also sits here. See Manage payment reviews.

Set up where it goes first

You can't withdraw anywhere until there's a destination. Under Payout destination, add the bank account or mobile money number the money should land in, in your business's name.

If you already have earnings, they remain in your balance until you add an active destination. Qcom also needs that destination before it can start a new online checkout.

Test it with one cedi

Before your first real payout, send yourself a GH₵1 payment link and pay it. It lands in your earnings, and you'll have seen the whole path work — customer pays, money arrives, it becomes available — for the price of a cedi.

Do this before a customer does it for you, not after.

Withdraw

Choose Withdraw, enter an amount up to what's available, and confirm. The money goes to your payout destination; it doesn't ask where each time.

Recent withdrawals are listed underneath, so you can tell what you've already moved from what's still sitting there.

When you can't withdraw

Nothing is available. Check whether the money is in the not-ready number rather than missing. Recently-taken payments are usually still settling.

No payout destination. Nothing can be sent until there's somewhere to send it.

The amount is more than is available. You can only move what has cleared, not the total on the page.

Withdrawals aren't switched on. Ask Qcom support to turn them on for your workspace.

The amount is below the minimum or above today's limit. The withdrawal form shows the minimum and how much you can still withdraw today.

Another withdrawal is in progress. Wait for it to finish before starting another.

Your account isn't verified. Payouts need a verified business. See Complete business verification.
