About My requests

See the help you've asked Qcom for, separately from your team's customer tickets.

Updated 22 October 2026

My requests shows the help you've asked Qcom for. It is separate from Inbox → Tickets, where your team tracks problems raised by your customers.

What you'll find

Open Support → My requests to see your requests, with the most recently updated first. Each row shows its number, subject, status, priority and last update. Open a request to read its description and replies from Qcom.

Only requests you sent appear in your list. A teammate's request appears in their own list, even when you share a workspace.

What the status means

  • Open — Qcom has your request
  • In progress — Qcom is working on it
  • Waiting on you — Qcom needs information from you
  • Resolved — Qcom has marked the work done
  • Closed — no more work is expected

This page lets you read replies. It doesn't have a reply field. If Qcom needs more information, choose Live support and give the team your request number.

  • Ask Qcom for help
  • Why a request isn't showing
  • About support tickets
