My requests

Why a request isn't showing

Check where you sent a request and whether it was submitted when My requests looks empty.

Updated 22 October 2026

My requests shows requests you've sent to Qcom. If one is missing, check the account and the place where it was opened.

Check the right list

  • A teammate sent it: Each person sees their own requests. Ask the teammate to open My requests in their account.
  • It was opened for a customer: Tickets from conversations appear under Inbox → Tickets, not My requests.
  • It's an older request: The list shows your 50 most recently updated requests. A request outside that list won't appear there.

Check whether it was submitted

New request needs both a subject and description. When it succeeds, Qcom says Support request submitted and opens My requests. If you didn't see that message, return to New request and try again.

If the list still won't load

Choose Try again on the error. If it keeps failing, use Live support and tell Qcom what happened.
