Authenticating your domain lets Qcom send email from addresses at that domain. It helps receiving mail services check that the message is from you, though it can't guarantee delivery to every inbox.

  1. Go to Settings → Message settings → Email domains.
  2. Under Authenticate domain, enter your domain, such as example.com, and choose Start authentication.
  3. Choose View records to see the DNS records Qcom generated.
  4. Where you manage your domain's DNS, add each record exactly as shown. Copy its Host and Value with the copy buttons.
  5. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to reach us. Come back and choose Check DNS. The page shows which records are ready.

Once the domain is verified, connect the sender addresses you want to use. If mail still doesn't arrive, check the result for the individual send.
