Email & sending domains
Verify a sender email
Confirm an address you own so Qcom can send on its behalf.
Updated 22 October 2026
To send email from an address, we first confirm you own it.
- Go to Settings → Message settings → Email domains.
- Under Email senders, enter the address in Add a sender email and choose Send verification.
- Open the email we send to that address and click the confirmation link.
That's it — the address moves to Verified and becomes available to send from. The sender *name* shown to customers is set automatically (your teammate's name on inbox replies, your workspace name on campaigns), so you don't enter it here.
Free providers (Gmail, Yahoo): these can't be a bulk "From" address, so Qcom delivers your mail through a verified address on its own domain on your behalf. To send fully as your own brand, authenticate a domain instead.
On mobile
Open Email from Channels, then choose Sending addresses. Tap Add sending address to open the form. Enter the email address and sender name, then submit. The form shows its progress and result; open the verification email when requested.
Tap a sending address to refresh its verification status, resend verification, choose a default or remove it where those actions are available. Domain manages sending-domain verification; Receiving manages addresses used to receive customer email. Verifying a sending address does not connect a receiving inbox.
