Ask Qyra for your documents

Find your receipts, statements and purchased files by reference, order number or dates.

Updated 22 October 2026

If a business you deal with uses Qcom, you may be able to ask its Qyra assistant for your receipts, statements and purchased files. What you can request depends on the services that business has enabled.

How it works

Message the business through the contact channel it provides. Where document sharing is available, Qyra searches your saved documents and names the matching copies before sharing a download link. Quoting a document reference helps find a copy; it doesn't give anyone access to another customer's files.

This Qcom guide explains how the feature works. It doesn't access your account or replace the business's own support team.

What to ask

  • Quote the Document reference printed on your PDF.
  • Give the order number when asking for a receipt or purchased file.
  • Ask for a document type and period, such as my statements for March 2026.

A statement matches when it covers any part of the period you asked for. A receipt matches its payment date when available, otherwise the date the copy was saved. Include the year to avoid confusion. If several documents match, give a reference, order number or narrower dates to identify the right one.

When Qyra can't find or share a copy

  • Sharing is turned off: ask the business's team for your document.
  • The document isn't linked to you: ask the team to check your details. Knowing someone else's reference doesn't let you open their file.
  • No copy matches: check the reference or dates. A corrected document has a new reference; the old copy won't appear in the results.
  • The search or download couldn't be completed: try again or ask the team for help. An unsuccessful search doesn't mean your document was deleted.

This search doesn't prepare a new statement or search the business's internal files. Invoices have their own invoice-number lookup.

For questions about a payment, a balance or the contents of a document, contact the business that issued it.

Sharing this guide with your customers

If you use Qcom to serve customers, you can share this guide to explain another way they can request help. Check that document sharing is enabled and tell them which channel to use. You don't need to create a separate help site to share these instructions.

For the code on a receipt, see Find a receipt reference. For statement dates and balances, see Understand a customer statement.
