What each number on a campaign report means, where to see it person by person, and how to compare campaigns.
Updated 22 October 2026
Open a campaign from the Campaigns list to see how it did. The report fills in while the send is still running.
The numbers at the top
Audience — the people this campaign was for, each counted once.
Delivered — contacts with a reported delivery. This does not by itself prove that they read the message.
Failed — contacts with reported failures. Someone who missed the first attempt and got it on a resend counts as delivered, not failed. Check the recipient rows before deciding what to retry.
Pending and Skipped appear only when there's something in them. Pending means a result is still awaited; it is not proof of failure. Skipped means an attempt was not sent, and the report says why. A skipped retry does not prove that an earlier attempt was never sent.
Email campaigns also show Opened, Clicked and Unsubscribed. WhatsApp campaigns show Read instead. The rates underneath — delivery, open, click, read — are worked out from those same figures, so you don't have to.
Send activity charts the run minute by minute, which is the quickest way to see whether a problem hit the whole send or just the tail of it.
Person by person
Recipients lists every send attempt — one row per message, so a resend adds rows and this can run higher than the Audience count above. Each row shows the channel, where it got to, and the times it was sent, delivered, opened or read. Filter it by status to pull out just the failures.
Where a message failed for a reason you can act on, the row says so — an invalid phone number, or an international number that isn't supported. Anything else shows as not delivered.
Engagement is the activity trail behind those numbers: opens, link clicks, unsubscribes, spam complaints, bounces, blocked texts, WhatsApp reads and replies.
Fixing a bad run
When a completed campaign has failures, the report offers Resend to undelivered contacts. It targets failed attempts for each contact and channel. It leaves a contact out on a channel where an earlier message was sent or succeeded. It is not a retry for messages still awaiting an outcome.
Correct the cause before resending. The resend uses allowance or credits like any other send. If you cannot establish what happened to a message, ask the Qcom team to investigate before starting another send. See Why a campaign didn't send.
Taking the numbers away
The menu on a campaign report downloads its summary as a CSV, Excel or PDF file. It's the headline figures for that campaign, not a list of recipients.
Comparing campaigns
Campaign reports puts your sends side by side over the last day, week, month or quarter, or a range you choose: how many campaigns sent, how many messages went out, and average delivery, open and click rates, with a row per campaign you can download.
Told without looking
Qcom can notify the configured recipients when a campaign starts and finishes. Check Settings → Notifications for the notifications you receive. The completion analytics email normally arrives about a day later so opens and clicks have time to arrive, but its timing can vary. A missing email is not proof the campaign failed; check the campaign report and notification settings.
If you'd rather have campaign performance arrive on a timetable, Scheduled reports emails a recurring campaign report to whoever you list. It needs the Scale plan and access to Analytics.
A/B tests
An A/B campaign adds a results section comparing the variants — sends, opens, clicks and conversion for each, how far the test has got, and whether the difference is trustworthy yet. You can pick the winner yourself, or let Qcom pick when the results are confident enough.
Next, choose who gets your next campaign using the recipient and engagement results you reviewed.
