Billing
Your plan and what it includes
See which plan you are on, what it includes, and what happens when you move up or down a plan.
Updated 22 October 2026
Your plan decides how much of Qcom you get — how many contacts and team members, how much storage, and how much messaging is included each month.
How it works
Two pages tell you the whole story.
- Settings → Billing → Overview shows the plan you're on now, and how much of each included allowance you've used, written as *used out of limit*.
- Settings → Billing → Manage Plan is the Plans & Pricing page, where every plan sits side by side with your current one marked.
Compare Free, Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise on the plan page. Check both the features and allowances you need; a higher allowance does not explain every difference between plans. The monthly and annual options show the current price for each billing interval.
A new workspace can evaluate Qcom through a free 14-day trial. You can buy a suitable paid plan during the trial; you do not need to wait for it to end. Paying moves the workspace onto that plan and ends the trial. If the trial ends before you choose, Qcom asks you to select a plan, including Free. See Your first 14 days.
Move up a plan
- Open Settings → Billing → Manage Plan.
- Pick the plan you want and confirm.
- Review the price and billing interval, then complete the payment steps shown.
An upgrade takes effect as soon as the payment goes through, and it starts a fresh billing period at the new plan's full price. Your new limits are available immediately.
Enterprise works differently. Choosing it opens an enquiry so our team can talk to you, rather than sending you to checkout.
Move down a plan
Choose the lower plan and confirm. Nothing changes straight away: your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you move to the smaller plan after that.
Give yourself time before that date to get under the new plan's limits — remove extra team members, for example — so nothing is cut off unexpectedly.
When something is blocked
- You've hit an allowance. The Overview page shows which one. Moving up a plan raises it; usage packs add prepaid capacity for a busy month without changing your plan.
- You've used your included messaging. Check which capacity options are available for your channel before buying a pack or adding credit. Extra capacity does not enable a feature excluded from your plan.
- A feature isn't offered on your plan. Some areas — extra workspaces, for instance — are only on the larger plans, and the control says which plan you'd need.
- Your subscription is suspended after a missed renewal. Follow the renewal steps and check the subscription status after payment. If it still shows suspended, contact support before paying again.
