Qyra
What Qyra can do
Where to find Qyra, the kinds of question it can answer, and what your plan includes.
Updated 22 October 2026
Qyra is the assistant built into your workspace. It can answer questions about your business, draft work for you, and — once you approve a plan — carry out changes on your behalf.
Where to find it
Ask Qyra opens a panel beside whatever page you're on, so you can ask about what you're looking at without losing your place.
Qyra also has its own workspace, with three places in it:
- Chat — the full conversation, with more room
- Knowledge sources — what Qyra is allowed to answer from
- Settings — your reply preferences and remembered notes
What you can ask it
Questions about your own business. Qyra can look across your conversations, contacts, leads, orders, Catalog, campaigns and plan, so "how many leads came in last week" or "what's this customer bought before" are fair questions.
Questions about how Qcom works. Qyra searches your published help articles and answers from those.
Questions about a document. Point it at a PDF you've added and it will read it.
Drafting. Qyra will write an Inbox reply for you to check before you send it, propose the wording of a WhatsApp template, or turn a page of your website into draft answers for your help articles. A draft is never sent or published on your say-so alone — you always look at it first.
Changes to your workspace. These work differently from the rest. Read What Qyra can change on its own before you ask for one.
What your plan includes
Qyra is included with Starter, Growth, Scale, Enterprise and Pay as you go. It is not included with Free. Your workspace's plan and available AI allowance determine what you can use.
Each plan includes a number of Qyra questions every month. Once you've used those, further questions come out of your AI credit balance. Some heavier jobs — drafting a set of help answers, building a bot — always use credits rather than the monthly allowance.
When both run out, Qyra will tell you so and stop, rather than failing quietly. Top up your credit balance or buy a pack to carry on.
When Qyra can't help
- You can't see Ask Qyra at all. It's hidden on the Free plan, and until your workspace has been verified.
- It says it doesn't know. Qyra answers from what you've published to it. If nothing covers the question, add the source and publish it.
- You've run out. Your monthly questions are spent and your credit balance is empty.
- It won't do something you asked for. Some actions are deliberately yours to perform — see what Qyra can change on its own.
