Qyra
Where Qyra appears
Qyra shows up in six places and each one is good at something different — which to use, and what each can change.
Updated 22 October 2026
Each Qyra entry uses the page or draft you're working on as context.
One rule holds everywhere: Qyra proposes, you apply. Nothing reaches your workspace, your canvas or your customers until you press the button.
Ask Qyra, in the top bar
Opens a panel beside the page you're viewing.
Ask about your business or how Qcom works. Open the full Qyra workspace for more room; let the reply finish before switching.
Help in Support
Support gives you help alongside Qyra.
- Articles explains how Qcom works.
- Guides has steps and troubleshooting.
- Live support lets you talk to the team.
Use Help when you want the documented answer. Use Qyra when the answer depends on your own data.
The Qyra workspace
The full page, with three areas:
- Chat — the whole conversation with room to work, and your history.
- Knowledge sources — what Qyra is allowed to answer from.
- Settings — your reply preferences and remembered notes.
Go here for anything long, anything you'll want to come back to, and anything involving a plan that needs approving.
On mobile, the controls below a reply let you copy the response, mark it helpful or unhelpful, or branch the conversation from that response. A branch starts a separate saved conversation and leaves the original conversation in History. It does not approve or repeat the original tasks.
Tap Guides below a reply to reveal related help articles. These links open help; they are separate from the suggested follow-up prompts inside the reply.
Quick pick helps you choose the details of an Email, Bot, Automation or Segment before generation. Close saves your interview progress; reopening it in the same conversation and draft continues where you left off. See Continue a Qyra draft interview for what is saved and which places support it.
In general chat on web or mobile, a build request can first ask What would you like to build? Choose the draft type to start its interview. Ask Qyra instead sends your original message without choosing a draft type.
Ask Qyra, in the automation builder
Describe the changes you want to your bot or journey. Qyra proposes them for review.
Choose the changes and press Apply, or use Discard. Generation can use credits before you apply.
Qyra in Template Studio and Flow Studio
On mobile, open Work → Templates and choose Email, SMS, WhatsApp or Flows before opening Ask Qyra. Your selected channel tells Qyra which kind of draft you want to plan.
Here Qyra can see the template on the canvas: the category you picked, what's in the body, and any feedback WhatsApp has given you. Ask it to fix wording that was rejected, and it works from that.
Qyra in the email builder
The email builder's bar is scoped: select the sections you want changed first, then describe the edit. Without a selection it won't run, and the placeholder tells you so.
Select as little as you can. "Make this shorter" gets you a better result pointed at two sections than at a whole email.
Which one to use
| You want to | Go to | | --- | --- | | Ask about your own data | Ask Qyra, top bar | | Find how something works | Support → Articles | | Be walked through a task | Support → Guides | | Have a long working session | The Qyra workspace | | Change steps in a bot or journey | Ask Qyra, in the builder | | Draft or fix template wording | Qyra in Template Studio | | Rewrite part of an email | The email builder's bar |
When it isn't there
Qyra needs a Starter plan or above. On Free it isn't offered.
The editing bars are also limited by role — if yours can't make changes, you'll be told so rather than left with a button that does nothing.
