Manage integrations

Use Settings → Integrations to connect third-party tools that help your team bring information into Qcom or work with external services.

This area is for workspace tools such as Google and Canva. Payment-provider event connections are managed from Operations → Payments → Manage.

Connect Google

Use Google when your team needs to import contacts from Google Sheets or sync contacts from a connected Google account.

1. Open Settings → Integrations.
2. Find Google.
3. Click Connect.
4. Complete the Google sign-in.
5. Return to Qcom and choose the import or sync action you need.

Connect Canva

Use Canva when your team creates reusable designs outside Qcom and needs to bring them into workspace workflows.

1. Open Settings → Integrations.
2. Find Canva.
3. Click Connect.
4. Complete the Canva authorization.
5. Return to Qcom and continue from the connected card.

Disconnect an integration

Disconnect only when the workspace should stop using that external account. Existing imported records remain in Qcom unless a separate delete action is available for that data.

Common problems

• The account was connected by a different team member.
• The external account does not have access to the sheet, contact list, or design you expected.
• A browser popup, cookie setting, or third-party sign-in step blocked the connection.
• Payment-provider events are being checked in Settings instead of Operations → Payments → Manage.
