Use Qyra in Developer Platform

Ask Qyra for guidance while keeping your developer tools open.

Updated 22 October 2026

Qyra explains API documentation and integration setup beside your developer tools without taking you away from the page.

How it works

Select Ask Qyra to open the panel. On wide screens, the page makes room for it. On smaller screens, it opens over the page. Your current conversation stays open as you move between developer pages.

Developer access does not automatically include Qyra. Your existing workspace permissions, feature eligibility and Qyra allowance still apply. Qyra does not gain access to customer information because you opened the developer panel.

Ask a question

  1. Sign in to Developer Platform and choose your workspace if asked.
  2. Select Ask Qyra.
  3. Type your question and select Send message to Qyra.
  4. Keep working on the page, or use Close Qyra to hide the panel.

Do not paste passwords, API keys, signing secrets or customer documents into chat. This panel cannot inspect customer records, statements, balances or private conversations. It cannot create keys, configure connections, approve scopes or send documents. Use the appropriate authorised tools for those tasks.

Qyra uses the same API reference as Developer docs. If a contract is not covered there, it cannot confirm its payload or availability. Examples are guidance, not proof that an operation ran in your workspace.

When a reply does not appear

  • You closed the panel: select Ask Qyra to reopen it. The open conversation stays available while the signed-in app remains loaded; a page reload does not currently restore this panel's transcript.
  • Your access does not include Qyra: ask a workspace owner to review your existing permissions and eligibility. Adding Developer access alone does not change those requirements.
  • Qyra could not complete the reply: wait a moment before trying again. Stopping a response cancels the reply where possible. No business operation is executed by this documentation panel. A request already sent to Qyra may still use your allowance.

Developer docs remain available from the panel and the sidebar. No API key or webhook is created merely by asking a question here.

  • Manage Developer access
