Getting Started
Set up Qyra for your first conversation
Give Qyra the right Inbox, knowledge and customer actions before it answers a real customer.
Updated 22 October 2026
Qyra answers from your workspace information and the knowledge you choose. Give it one clear job first, then test how it hands an issue to your team.

- Create or open the Inbox where Qyra should answer.
- Choose Qyra AI under Answering.
- Write the business description, greeting, when Qyra should bring in your team, and things it must never promise.
- Choose the knowledge areas Qyra may use. Keep the selection narrow while testing.
- Enable only the tasks the Inbox is ready to handle, such as Catalog questions, bookings or invoices where available. Test each task before offering it to customers.
- Set the reply style and save.
- Send test questions, then ask something that should go to a person and confirm the issue appears under Team escalations on the Inbox Overview.
Check what happened
After a test conversation, open the resulting booking, payment, Form or team issue. Check its details and status before treating the task as complete.
Common problems
- Qyra gives an uncertain answer. Add or correct the approved knowledge source and test again.
- Qyra offers something unavailable. Narrow the Inbox Catalog or booking context.
- The issue doesn't appear under Team escalations. Check the guidance that says when Qyra should bring in your team, then test again. Assigning the conversation to someone doesn't create an escalation.
