Getting Started
Start here with Qcom
Follow the short path from a new workspace to your first real customer conversation, sale, booking, or application.
Updated 22 October 2026
Qcom brings your customer conversations, Catalog, contacts, payments and follow-up into one workspace. You do not need to set up every part before you can start.

Choose your first outcome
- Handle enquiries — connect a channel, create an Inbox and decide whether a person, bot or Qyra answers.
- Sell a product — add a Catalog item, choose Buy as its customer action, and test the public Catalog.
- Take bookings — publish a bookable service and set the hours customers can choose.
- Collect applications — attach a published WhatsApp Flow to an Apply action and review submissions in Forms.
- Take payment — set up the item's payment action or request payment from the order, appointment, invoice or conversation where it's owed.
- Send a campaign — import or add contacts, create a message and send it to a saved audience.
The setup order
- Complete business verification when Qcom asks for it.
- Add your business details and invite the people who will work in the workspace.
- Connect the channel your customers already use.
- Create an Inbox and choose who handles new conversations.
- Add or import contacts if your chosen task needs them.
- Create and publish the Catalog item or message for that task.
- Test the complete customer path before sharing it.
Each part keeps its own settings. A Catalog item does not automatically become bookable or purchasable just because of its type; its customer actions decide what visitors can do.
