Start with the pieces every workspace needs, then add the setup for the customer job you want to run first.

Complete the basics
- Open the profile menu in the top bar and work through the Setup checklist.
- Complete Business verification if it is waiting for you. Some channels and sending features stay limited until review is complete.
- Open Settings → Details → Business profile and check the name, address, website and contact details customers should see.
- Open Settings → Team and invite the people who need access. Choose a role that matches their work.
- Connect a channel under Inboxes → Connect a channel.
- Create an Inbox for that channel and choose Human only, Bot flow or Qyra AI under Answering.
- Add a few test contacts or import your customer list.
Choose the next setup
Use Catalog for products, services, memberships, access and information items. Use Campaigns for a message to an audience. Use Automations for work that should continue after a conversation or event.
Check before inviting customers
Send a test message to yourself, open the public Catalog if you use one, and complete one test booking, application or payment path. Fix any item that promises an action customers can't complete yet.
Common problems
- A setup step is still waiting. Open it from the Setup checklist and follow the instructions shown.
- A teammate cannot see a page. Check their role and module access in Team settings.
- The channel is connected but messages do not arrive. Check that the intended Inbox receives messages from that channel.
- The Catalog is empty. Items must be published and placed on the public Catalog.
