Use workspace wizards

Wizards help admins start work quickly. They do not remove the normal owner rules for contacts, leads, Catalog items, campaigns, automations, approvals, or publishing.

What wizards create

• Catalog item wizard creates an offer draft.
• Segment wizard creates a dynamic segment or a hand-picked group.
• Campaign creation creates a campaign draft and opens the editor.
• Automation creation creates a journey or operations draft and opens the builder.
• Bot creation creates a conversation bot draft and opens the bot builder.
• Inbox creation creates the team inbox that owns conversations for a channel.
• Workspace creation creates a separate operating area under the account.
• Template creation starts a reusable message template for one channel.
• Lead and appointment creation start one owner record for follow-up or scheduled work.
• Business verification submits the workspace details required for review.
• Onboarding points you to the first setup tasks.

Each draft must be reviewed in its owner workspace before it goes live or starts running.

Use Help from a wizard

Choose How it works or Help from the wizard header. Qcom opens the sidebar article for that exact flow, so you can keep working without leaving the screen.

Common problems

• Creating a draft is not the same as publishing it.
• Importing rows into a wizard does not start a send.
• Qyra can draft or suggest, but governed saves still use the screen's normal controls.
• A wizard may hand off to another workspace for the final setup step.
